occasion of Holi-Dhuleti

Gandhinagar, Tuesday: Chief Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the people on the occasion of Holi-Dhuleti.

Stressing the need for celebrating Holika Dahan with the sense of social responsibility, the Chief Minister appealed the people to create safe atmosphere for the women and creating awareness for maintaining dignity of women. "Let us burn the social evils with the Holika Dahan", he said.

The Chief Minister also asked people to celebrate the festival of colour with sportsman spirit and mutual affection and co-operation.

"Let us take vows for celebrating this festival with the ideal of 'Ek Bharat-Shresth Bharat' (United India- Great India) to strengthen the spirit of 'Unity in Diversity'", Mr. Modi said.
