India lifted the Junior Hockey World Cup title after defeating Belgium 2-1 at the Major Dyan Chand stadium in Lucknow on Sunday.
 India who won the tournament in Hobart in 2010, became the first team to win the tournament on home soil.India beat Australia 4-2 to book a place in the final.

This is India's third entry into the final of the Junior World Cup after having finished runners-up in 1997. The Under 21 Indian Hockey players will look to showcase their best and leave nothing to chance to win the mega event for the second time.
