Mewat, Haryana, February 25, 2013: The Professional Golf Tour of India
(PGTI) has announced the PGTI Players Championship which will be
played at the Classic Golf Resort, Mewat, Haryana, from February 26 –
March 1, 2013. The tournament offers a prize purse of Rs. 25 lakh.
The field at the PGTI Players Championship will include the likes of
defending champion and reigning Rolex Rankings champion Shamim Khan,
Mukesh Kumar, Chiragh Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Sri Lankan Mithun Perera,
Harendra Gupta, Om Prakash Chouhan and Rashid Khan and C Muniyappa to
name a few.

recognized official body of professional golf in India. PGTI’s
objective is to promote professional golf in the country as well as
give players an opportunity to be involved in decision making for all
