March 19, Bangkok & March 22nd, Ho Chi Minh City
Invest India is organizing investment roundtables (IRT) in Bangkok on 19th March, 2013 and in Ho Chi Ming City on 22nd March 2013, under aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. The IRTs are part of the commemorative events to mark 20 years of India-ASEAN economic engagement, 10 years of summit-level dialogue, and the successful conclusion of the FTAs in goods, services and investments. The roundtables aim to showcase the investment potential in India, sector specific investor-friendly policies enacted by GOI, and explore practical means to enhance investment. The roundtables are planned as half-day interactive sessions that will feature presentations on opportunities in India and Thailand/Vietnam in a G2B format, followed by a B2B session.
The Investment Roundtables will provide an excellent opportunity for Indian companies specializing in sectors like auto components, fisheries and food processing to showcase the enormous investment potential and opportunity in a dynamic market like India. G2B and B2B meetings are also being organized and these will give an in-depth understanding of the prevailing business climate and lead to discussion on exploring possibilities of engagement. Site visits are also planned on subsequent one day of roundtables.
In view of the business opportunities offered and your business interests in the region, may I request you to participate in this important event delegation. In case you are preoccupied, you may please depute a senior representative from your organisation for the same.
To defray a part of the expenses incurred in connection with organising the visit, a delegation fee of INR 15,000/- ( Cheque/ DD in favor of “FICCI”) per delegate is being charged. For any further details or to register, please write to my colleague Amit Tyagi, Joint Director, (amit.tyagi@ficci.com, Direct line : 011-23736313 ).
We shall be highly grateful for an early response.
