FEB 28 UNION BUDGET 2015-16 28 February 2015 New Delhi Modi Budget: Dalits/Adivasis left out, ‘Sab kaVikas’only for corporates Pursuing unabashedly and openly a pro-rich  policy, the Modi Budget outlines a  corporate vision of  India that   unashamedly eats into the budgetary allocations meant for the  millions of its poorest and neediest citizens, the Dalits and Adivasis, said the National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights (NCDHR) - Dalit Arthik Adhikar Andolan (DAAA), which works towards the elimination of caste-based discrimination. 5.8 magnitude earthquake jolted Pakistan A 5.8 magnitude earthquake jolted Islamabad, parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir on Friday. The earthquake hit Islamabad, Murree, Swat, Peshawar Nowshera, Mansehra, Batgram, Muzaffarabad and other areas. According to Pakistan's National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the epicenter of the quake was 51 kilometer north of Mansehera while its depth was measured 32 kilometer.
