International Film Festival:

Citizens Film Forum_Russian Centre for Science & Culture

CFF( citizens film forum )  jointly with RCSC( russian centre for
science and culture ) is pleased to announce , yet another
international film festival to be held in March. this will be an
annual festival, competitive in nature with international jury. all
the fims selected for screening shall get a certificate.the award
wining films will get a certificate as well as trophy.

participating countries will be BRICS nations ( Brazil, russia, india,
china and south africa ) .the festival for short films is open to all
youth of these countries, max age of dirctor should not be more than
30 yrs as on 31.12.2011, and the film must hv been made during last
three years only. there is no entry fee.
