Sexual Harassment at Workplace – A Management Perspective

As more women take up jobs and leadership roles, preventing sexual harassment at the workplace has become an essential responsibility of the management. The Women at Workplace Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 requires the management to ensure safety and dignity of women employees.
 
All India Management Association is organizing an Interactive Session on “Sexual Harassment at Workplace – A Management Perspective” withMr Pankaj Sharma, Chief Trustee, Centre for Transforming India. The talk will provide insights into compliance with the law.
 
The session will be held at AIMA auditorium on 30th October 2015 from 1715 hrs to 1830 hrs. Registration & Tea/coffee will be at 1645 hrs.
