Sabyasachi Mukherjee opens the Couture Week.

Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), is the apex body of fashion design in India, represented by over 350 members. Founded on the premise of promoting, nurturing and representing the best of fashion and design talent in the country; its prime objective is to propagate the business of fashion.
“We are delighted that Sabyasachi Mukherjee opens the Couture Week. His collaboration with Christian Louboutin brings to Delhi a bonanza of design expertise,” says Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI.
Says Sabyasachi Mukherjee, “FDCI presents Amazon India Couture Week, a stellar showcase bringing forth the best of India’s fashion and it is indeed a privilege to be chosen to open the week. This year the show will be even more special as the iconic red soles by Christian Louboutin will be seen on my ramp. It will be a unique shoe collection resulting from first time ever creative collaboration between Christian Louboutin and me.”
To mark the creative collaboration Christian Louboutin will be specially flying to Delhi for the show.
Spanning five days, Amazon India Couture Week 2015, will be held from July 29 to August 2, 2015 at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. A luxurious event that celebrates Indian heritage with modern-day inspiration brought to you by an impressive line-up of fashion talent.
