Delhi polls on February 7 

Delhi Legislative Assembly election, 2015 will be held at 7th Fabruary 2015 to elect 70 members of the Delhi  Assembly. CE Election Commissioner V.S. Sampath said that the last date for nomination of candidates will be Jan 21 and they could withdraw from the contest by Jan 24.

 Delhi polls  in a single phase on February 7 and counting will take place three days later on February 10, according to the schedule announced by Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath on Monday.Sampath said the Model Code of Conduct comes into force with immediate effect in Delhi.

Experts are to be believed  Congress has feeble chance in the upcoming Delhi assembly polls. Congress leaders may not like to give up straight away. Party has pin its hope on champion face in Delhi Ajay Maken. Maken, former Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs. Hehas been chosen to lead party's campaign in Delhi. Party gossips are yo be believed then  the ex MP might be contesting in a key assembly constituency .
