AAP exposes Delhi administration conspiracy with evidence

The Aam Aadmi Party on Sunday exposed the conspiracy of Delhi administration, (which is directly working under the BJP’s central government), of having not spent more than half the money earmarked for the developmental projects residents of the national capital during the current financial year.
When nearly nine months of the current financial year have passed and the model code of conduct will come into force the very moment the Election Commission will announce the dates and schedule for the assembly elections, then why has this planned outlay not been spent till now ?
The people of Delhi have been kept deprived of their rights due to a conspiracy hatched by the Delhi administration under directions from the BJP, which wanted this money to be kept unspent till the last moment, so that its leaders could organise foundation stone laying ceremonies to fool the people.

· The AAP challenges the Delhi administration to deny these figures.
· Can the Delhi administration deny that on November 17, the chief secretary had convened a meeting of all secretaries and directed them to ensure foundation laying stone ceremonies of some projects quickly ?
· Was this not done to give BJP an unfair advantage by doing these functions to fool the people ?
· Has the chief secretary not convened another meeting in the near future to follow-up on these programmes which can be presided over by BJP office-bearers ?
The AAP will protest the dishonesty committed by the BJP, which promised good governance before the Lok Sabha elections, but has indulged in worst form of discrimination against the residents of the national capital.
