Declare Ram Setu a National Monument this Ram Navmi : VHP
Govt. should not waste precious time of Hon. Supreme court
New Delhi. March.29, 2012.
"Don't waste the precious time of supreme court", Vishwa Hindu
Parishad told Union Govt on Ramsetu issue. Seeking repeated extensions
by the union Government from supreme on Ramsetu issue clearly shows
that the Govt. has no reasoning behind destruction of Ramsetu which is
a pious place for Hindus. Instead of seeking extensions again & again,
the Govt should file a final affidavit with the Hon. Supreme court by
this Ram Navmi declaring it a National monument said Mr Satyendra
Mohan, the secretary general, VHP Delhi.
According to shri Vinod Bansal, the media chief of VHP Delhi we held a
meeting today in New Delhi and passed a resolution that Ram Setu built
by lord Ram be declared as national monument by the Government of
Bharat. If it happens before the Ram Navmi-2012, lord Ram may wash-out
the sins committed by the present UPA regime. After the meeting the
secretary general VHP Delhi said that it will also respect Hindu
sentiments, protect environment, save thorium, ensure coastal security
of the country & encourage all round development of the country. By
seeking more time again and again for the Sethu Samudram project,
Govt. should not hurt Hindu faith and waste precious time of the Hon.
Supreme court of the country, Mr. Mohan added.
