Pakistan today said that it is committed to peace and improving ties with India.
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit said the issues between the two countries could be resolved only by result oriented and meaningful dialogue.
On cancellation of foreign Secretary level talks, he said it should not discourage the two countries to take dialogue process forward. On the other hand Pakistan sinister design to keep on violating the ceasefire by their rangers at LoC.

Defence sources told AIR that the Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing and targeted forward Panjani Nallah post at around 9 P.M. which lasted for nearly an hour.
Sources confirmed that Pakistan Army used small and automatic weapons while Indian troops also retaliated effectively with similar calibre weapons.
No damage to any property, casualty or injury from this side has been reported till last reports came in.
