Join us for the next module on Human Resource Management, Diversity and Inclusion which can also be taken as a 'stand-alone' training course. The module will be delivered in Bangkok over four intensive days from Friday 25th to Monday 28th of January 2013.  Good employment practices are at the heart of CSR. Internal aspects of CSR mean linking effective strategies to good human resource management and involving staff in CSR activities as a way to attract, motivate and retain staff. This module will place particular emphasis on issues such as non-discrimination, equal opportunities and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Participants will gain professional competencies for involving employees in CSR initiatives and embedding CSR into human resource management practices.
