Before you bid goodbye to Mumbai's short-lived winter, here’s another chance to pull a sock and get running towards fitness. Wellness Forever in conjunction TSEC Sports Committee is hosting Well-A-Thon 2016, an 8km marathon from Bandstand, Bandra on Sunday, March 6th. In an initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle under its CSR initiative Wellness Connect, Wellness Forever proposes the 'EAT & DELETE’ drive - eat whatever you like as far as you balance it by running/ walking and exercising regularly. Wellness Forever is a 24/7 pharmacy chain committed towards the well being of the community.

“We have collaborated with TSEC Sports Committee to provide an impetus to the relentless efforts by the youth of the institution who have been driven towards the promotion of health and wellness, which is an integral part of our brand values. Well- A- Thon is a humble attempt on our part to highlight the importance of physical activity in day-to-day life,” said Bakhshish Singh, Sr. Management, Wellness Forever Lifestyle Chemist & Super Market, while unveiling the Well-A-Thon tshirt today at their launch event in Dadar.

PETA- People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has partnered in this drive with the objective of promoting animal adoption through in this marathon. “PETA is delighted to be the NGO partner of Wellness Forever and are grateful towards their efforts to promote the adoption of homeless dogs. We know we can always count on wellness to step up for the wellbeing of the animals. If you have the time, patience and resources to welcome a dog into your home, please don’t shop, adopt” said Poorva Joshipura, CEO, PETA India.
