The objectives of the seminars are to: - Provide an overview of the European patent system including Unitary Patents. - Introduce filing, grant & examination procedures with respect to chemistry at EPO. - Facilitate technology transfer between Europe and India and understand the role of IP in innovation and technology transfer. - Develop an understanding of the tools/ databases available on patent information at the EPO for creating market intelligence.
