193 Member States adopted an action agenda at the Third International Conference on Financing for Development organised by the United Nations in Addis Ababa in July this year. The Addis Ababa Action Agenda will be fundamental to the implementation of the ambitious post-2015 development agenda, including sustainable development goals that have been recently agreed upon.
UN Women is convening a meeting with multiple stakeholders to discuss concrete ways in which our national strategies and budgets align with the globally agreed agenda for Financing for Development, including gender equality.
